Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at MAAIFY. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required, Orders are subject to supplier availability. In rare cases of unavailability, customers will be refunded.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods (if applicable)

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@maaify.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

We will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Transaction fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable. The shipment charges of returning the product will be the responsibility of the customer. So please be very vigilant while placing order, confirm all related specs/sizes etc.
  • Refunds typically take [5] business days, depending on your payment provider, after receiving the defected item/order in our supplier’s warehouse and clearing all inspection and related procedures.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)
  3. Contact your bank

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@maaify.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange, contact us at info@maaify.com with details and photos.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within [24 hours] of delivery with photos and clear HD video so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Force Majeure: Maaify takes no responsibility for any product damaged or shipping delay caused by the act of Nature, including but not limited: epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection.

Return: Products can be returned to Maaify supplier’s warehouse. But we do not suggest returning products to our supplier warehouses, because the international shipping cost is high and it takes at least 3 months to arrive at our supplier warehouse. Most of them will be lost during the return. Also, most of the returned products will be damaged on the way. The return shipping cost will be the responsibility of customer. According to the our supplier country’s i-e China Customs Import Guide, goods valued over 50 RMB will be taxed. Please note that any costs incurred due to returns will be customers responsibility.

Import customs clearance process according to China Customs and China Post Regulations:

– Customs requires a service fee of 30 RMB.

– After the service fee is paid, we can check the specific tax amount using the return tracking number. The parcel will proceed with customs clearance once the customer agrees to pay the tax.

*Even after paying the service fee and tax, there’s still a chance that clearance might fail. Kindly note that Maaify cannot be held responsible for any losses caused by clearance failure.

Service products: Service products apply to the following interpretation.

a. Any disputes arising from products damaged or shipping delayed, Maaify may not refund the product cost.

b. Any disputes arising from bad quality, Maaify may not accept as the supplier is not Maaify.

*Note on Low-Value Items

Considering the manual labor costs in overseas warehouses are extremely high, for returns of low-value items to overseas warehouses, here are some information and recommended actions for your reference.

1. For low-value products (e.g. unit cost < $40):

– If the item has been used or opened, it’s likely not eligible for resale;

– Especially for clothing and products with delicate packaging, returns are rarely viable for restocking;

– The cost of labor for inspection and repackaging can easily exceed the product value.

2. Recommended actions

 We encourage the buyer to keep the product and refund part of the price.

 Or, If not, then we offer to resend the product if the buyer is willing to cover the shipping cost and all related cost e-g customs and etc.

Unacceptable Disputes.

Maaify shall not accept any unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to:

a. The buyer does not like it.

b. The product description is not real.

c. Products smell unusual.

d. The buyer ordered the wrong items or SKU.

e. The shipping address was provided incorrectly.

f. Product difference was negotiated in advance.

g. Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices.

h. In some cases, packages returned/discarded/detained due to the consignee’s failure to comply with the work of customs clearance in line with the foreign trade policies of certain countries.
